Parts Manager

Chu Cho Industries LP. (CCI) is a resource and heavy construction company that works primarily within the forestry, mining, and transportation industries. CCI specializes in timber harvesting, transportation, resource road construction, road maintenance and operation of resource camps. CCI is based in Mackenzie BC and most works are completed within the Mackenzie TSA. CCI operates two industrial properties in Mackenzie which include an 1800 sq. ft. shop on a 5-acre lot and a modern 10,000 sq. ft. shop and office complex on a 10-acre lot. Administration, accounting, and management for CCI is based in Prince George BC.

Chu Cho Industries (CCI) Is currently looking for a Parts Manager based out of Prince George. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the parts department.

Job Duties:

• Maintain an inventory supply within parts storage facilities
• Source out and order quality parts while ensuring cost effectiveness
• Pickup parts ordered by personal
• Coordinate parts transfers from Prince George to Mackenzie
• Create and maintain purchase orders
• Maintain a clean parts storage facility
• Collaborate with the team to manage the parts department effectively and efficiently
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Copy of Valid Class 5 BC Drivers License
• Copy of Drivers Abstract
• Able and willing to travel
• Ability to handle heavy inventory items, 50lbs and more
• Knowledge with the CAT program
• Knowledge of mechanical/technical terms
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Exemplary communication and written skills
