Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator will be able to identifies and negotiates strategic relationships with existing customers and is able to discovers and develops new business opportunities in the Forestry and mining industries
Responsibilities:
• Prospects for potential new opportunities within our target market: including Mining, Forestry, Logging, Road Building and maintenance, Transportation etc.
• Follows up and qualifies potential new business.
• Develops and maintains relationships with key customer personnel.
• Supports all areas of Operations.
• Work with VP of Operations to grow the business.
• Completes internal reports and paperwork in a timely fashion.
• Review project proposal/plans. Determine if the project schedule, financial objectives necessary resources are available to effectively bid the contract.
• Compile competitive bid packages which ensure the profitability of the project, while similarly providing accurate estimates of job costs, timelines labor, equipment, and material requirements
• Plan construction methods and procedures according to company priorities with respect to: Safety, Environment, Quality, Schedule, and cost.
• Establish work plans, budgets, and staffing for each phase of the project, Arrange for the recruitment/assignment of appropriate staff and equipment
• Assess deliverables for quality assurance

Career Coach
The Career Coach will be working in a camp location to help identify and develop supervisory skills to existing managers. The Coach is able to identifies and negotiates strategic relationships with existing Supervisors and is able to discovers and develops administrative requirements for the positions being coached.

• Work with Supervisors on current programs
• Idetify management soft skill requirements
• Identify objectives and create training programs that are aligned with the objectives
• Conduct a skills gap analysis to identify skills required for future growth
• Promote positive work atmosphere by interacting and communicating in a professional manner that demonstrates mutual respect with supervisors.
